Through use of megaboosts's store you agree to these conditions.
By interacting with megaboosts, you acknowledge and agree that Paysum may, in certain scenarios, act as a payment agent for users who offer goods, services, or otherwise receive funds through the Platform (“Payees”). In such cases, Paysum receives payment funds solely as an agent on behalf of Payees and not as a principal. You understand and agree that disbursement of such funds to Paysum, as agent, constitutes receipt of funds by the Payee.
